<p>铸铝加热圈可分为压铸铸造和浇铸铸造，在规格、尺寸较多的场合，一般采用浇铸工艺。浇铸生产时采用高纯度铝块，经高温熔炉将其由固态变为液态，让后将其注入已经有安装好加热管的模具中，经冷却成型后，再进行精加工制作而成。</p>
<p>铸铝加热圈正常厚度有20mm和25mm，其中25mm壁厚的电热圈其内壁采用凹凸的风槽结构设计，目的是为了在使用时防止内部加热管温度过高，例如温度高的时候可以在内壁采用风冷却或水冷却，使得其迅速达到使用标准温度。同时加热圈基本上采用的是将圆形对半分开，制成两片半圆形的，然后通过用固定螺栓将其固定安装。</p>
<p>温度测温空主要是用于需要采集温度信号的场合，通常在铸铝加热圈的弧形表面按照其设计尺寸开孔，用于安装热电偶。</p>

<p>通常拿到一支加热器，在没有生产CAD图纸的情况下是很难知道其内部结构的，比如说：发热区与非发热区的长度是多少，实际的表面负荷就更难以计算了。加热管按其不同的外径规格大小，在选用不同的发热区与非发热区长度上是有所不同的，合理的选用发热区能有效的保证加热器的产品性能，如高压、绝缘性能等。</p>
<p>本文把加热管的直径分为三类，如下图所示：￠4.0：￠6.0-￠14.0；￠15.0-20.0；同时广大用户可以根据其结构，结合加热管表面负荷计算公式，计算其表面负荷，设计出更加准确、性能更高的加热管。</p>
<p>单头电热管(加热棒)瓦特数计算公式：<br />
8 × π × L(cm) × w/cm2 = W (每支电热棒的总功率)<br />
(π= 3.1416) (L = 发热部分长度) w/cm2 (瓦特密度) = 正常6-8w/cm2<br />
客户可根据实际需要定制高瓦特密度的加热器(8w/cm2以上)。</p>
